My cortisol labs have been extremely high for a long time apparently partly due to stress so I added this to help with staying asleep for longer intervals. Have not taken product long enough to have cortisol levels rechecked, but have noticed that I usually stay asleep for a little bit longer intervals now. Company is known for high quality and have bought their products for decades so have repurchased, labs to be rechecked in March, will report changes in a later review.
I really felt a difference after I started taking it. I slept better and felt my digestion improve too. But I find it a bit expensive so may not continue. I can tell that it’s a quality product however, just not sustainable cost wise for me.
