I want to share my thoughts about organic loose leaf tea because I really like this tea. I drink it almost every day, usually in the morning or in the evening when I want something warm and calm. I feel that this tea helps my health because it’s caffeine free, so it doesn’t make me jumpy or keep me awake at night. The quality of this tea is very good — the leaves smell fresh and earthy and the taste is smooth and gentle. It is not bitter or too strong, just a nice natural flavor that relax me. I also like that it’s loose leaf. Brewing it feels like a small ritual — I use my favorite teapot and enjoy the smell while waiting. The size of the package is good for me. It’s not too big but also not too small and I can use it for many cups over a few weeks. I think this size is practical and easy to keep in the kitchen. There are some small things that not perfect. Sometimes it takes more time to brew because the leaves are whole and not cut, so I need to wait patient. And maybe not everyone will love the herbal taste — it’s very natural, not sweet or fruity.

I love Tulsi/Holy Basil. I find it, when mixed with matcha, it really balances out the anxiousness that comes with an upper like caffeine. This is tulsi of the highest quality and my personal experience is that it works as well as sob ril.
