Most important it works. There is nothing funky in this product. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 more in the evening and voila, my head is no longer in a daze trying to remember why I walked into the kitchen. Now as for the taste I open the capsules and pour it in. It taste fine . I Hope this helps
This product has been great for me. I've been on it for about 4 months now. It gives me steady energy so I don't hit that afternoon lull like usual, mental focus and clarity has improved. I began taking it because I read that it is good for improving the appearance cellulite and skin elasticity, but I bought my second bottle because of the mental benefits. I plan to continue taking this herb and have recommended it to my family and friends!
Gotu Kola is known to have many health benefits. It is a powerful herbal remedy that’s used for memory, circulation and depression just to name a few. It was recommended to me for cognitive improvement and memory. After a couple months of using I cannot say in fairness whether I had a huge boost but I did notice improvement in memory. For this reason I shall continue to take Gotu Kola as it does appear promising without side effects. A terrific supplement with high quality ingredients that I’d definitely recommend.
I like the quality and price point on this Gotu Kola. It's such a versatile herb including for healing connective tissue that are tough to heal.
I take this a few times/week for a few weeks so far and haven't noticed the difference in skin improvement or brain boost yet. From the other reviews it sounds like I need to up the dose and report back.
These Gotu Kola tablets gives some good energy and better if you can eat the leaves but when you can’t find the natural leaves good to have the tablets form.
I went with Organic India because I trust their sourcing and quality. This gotu kola feels gentle and easy to take, and I like that it’s a simple herbal capsule without fillers. I haven’t noticed any negative effects and it fits well into my routine. Good option if you prefer herbal supplements from a reputable brand.
I use it with Gingko bilaboa. Not sure it is working. I need to update later about its quality. Update, seems giving me an extra boost. No side effect
