When you open the jar you can smell the wonderful aroma of cinnamon. It is a perfect size and is not hard to swallow. There is no taste so you don't get that medicine vibe. This brand is top of it's class. It states to take 2 pills so I take one in the morning and one at night and that dosage has worked wonders for me.
