This product contains a good amount of cultures for my pregnancy health. The quality and package of product is great as usual, capsule size is not big, easy to take, no weird taste. I'm taking it as a daily supplement on top of other benefit products. I personally prefer to put it in fridge to better preserve it.

I didn't feel like I particularly benefitted from using this product. The ingredients seem to be good quality, and I liked that there was additionally folic acid in the product, but I didn't want to use the synthetic form of it. It didn't seem to help my digestion during pregnancy.
