The best stay-put eyeliner I have tried. Outlasts my other eyeliners. Is dark and pigmeneted so doesn't easily rub off but comes off nicely with oily eye make up reomover.
I’ve been using this forever, since 2017 ish, probably longer but it’s been my go to because it lasts all day, doesn’t smudge, it’s affordable, lasts ages, easy to use no need for sharpening. Mist Kohl eyeliners give me an allergic reaction leaving my eyes sore and puffy, but this one that doesn’t!
