I purchased this blue eyeliner mainly because of the very low price, and overall it offers decent value for money. The color is vibrant and noticeable, and it’s a fun option if you like experimenting with bold eye makeup without spending a lot. That said, the texture is a bit smeary and not very precise, so it can be harder to create sharp or accurate lines, especially if you’re aiming for a clean eyeliner look. It works better for a softer or smudged style rather than detailed application. Because of the affordable price, I still think it’s worth it, but due to the lack of accuracy and smudging, I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. Good budget option, just not perfect.

Goes on with ease, unlike some eyeliners I used. Also, a very reasonable price for such good quality.

It's a good liner to keep in your purse for touchups when out. The cap stays on well and it gives good coverage but doesn't last as long as other waterproof liners.

I tried the blue eyeliner hoping for the same performance as the black version, but it didn’t quite measure up. The color looked nice initially, but the pigmentation wasn’t as rich or bold as the black eyeliner, so it took multiple passes to get the desired look. It also didn’t glide on as smoothly and felt a bit patchy in places. While it’s decent for a softer or more subtle style, I still prefer the black eyeliner for its consistency, intensity, and ease of application.

The color is gorgeous and the texture is perfect for me.
