I trust the brend and have ordered this several times. I suppose, it doesn't work (the same as with other vitamins), if you do'nr have a fairly healthy diet, but works great altogether with nutrition and basic supplements (like vitamin D, magnesium, selen etc.).
The quality is always promising with the natural ingredients by Gaia. Size is sufficient for two months for one adult taking daily but I only use it for my family when have a dinner outside as restaurants uses vegetable oil or after we ate a heavy meaty meal. Drink plenty of water with after consumption so it can help to flush the toxins out.
The supplement provides excellent support for the liver — a noticeable gentle improvement in overall condition. There were no side effects, and it’s easy and convenient to take.

Love this brand for liver detox as it has milk thistle, turmeric, Schisandra berry, Chinese skullcap root and licorice root. I can even smell the fragrance of these herbs when opening the bottle. I think it's effective for liver support and detoxification. I can't really tell since I also take other supplements at the same time.
