Holy Basil is one of my favorite Adaptogens. You can use it through out the day, but I prefer to take before bedtime. It contains vitamin A and C, calcium, zinc, iron, chlorophyll. Great taste and Great company.

Use this brand for all sorts and every time I can tell the difference in absorption as opposed to tablets. I use holy basil to help me with histamine issues and as a part of a more complex approach and other supplements, it works! It helps to stabilise mast cells.

This brand is always of good quality! I just started this about a month ago, and feel like it's really helping with my anxiety level. The bottle is small size. I wish it came larger so we didn't have to order as often. I dose at 1 dropperful in the morning and another at night, and that seems to benefit me. The taste is strong, because holy basil is strong. I put it in a little bit of water with a squeeze of lemon, and it's very palatable that way.
