If you need it gives you a "push" over the day for the days you need focus and / or endurance - if it works for you. It works for my partner big time, for me basically not or very little. I thing age is an important factor. NAD-levels decrease with age. For my partner this works much better then NMN or Nicotinamid riboside (NR), which do not (much) for us both.

For the low energy (AKA chronic fatigue syndrome) this is what had the best effect for me! NADH - the natural fuel for all our cells be it from the muscle or the nervous system. It is a great product of good quality. I take it when I am tired and need more energy and it helps me a lot. It is essential to take NADH in the form of lozenges because it should be absorbed in your mouth. It is also important that you follow the instructions and do not chew them. The taste is good.

I love the blister package one by one. I've been working hard so it's really work boosting up my energy. I didnt feel tired all day long as before. No niacin flushing. No folic acid included. The ingredient is great and fast absorption. The size is easy to place under tongue. The quality of product is effective and high potency. Taste was not bad and take around 5-7 min to disslove.

Apparently this is not supposed to give niacin flush and can be stacked with folate. Not sure why iherb here mentions folic acid, I wouldn't take it due to its poor bioavailability.

Incredible supplement, the difference between sublingual is immense. Hold the tiny tablet there for as long as you can, especially for its potent effects on energy. Pure, highly recommended. Little dynamos!
