Yes it is fine but you need to keep in mind that you may have a little sensitivity 48 hours max, how to use it is brush your teeth and then wait for 30 min then wipe excess sliva by tissue and then put the strips by cotton sticks just push between the teeth and wait don't drink water or anything for one hour
Today I tried the first pair of strips. I have somewhat sensitive teeth, however, I didn't feel any discomfort. I was able to see an immediate effect. This is amazing. I will definitely go on and repurchase them from time to time to improve the appearance of my teeth.

I've tried Crest 3D Whitestrips and I must say, they are impressive! The application is straightforward, and they adhere well to your teeth. After using them for a while, I noticed a significant difference in the whiteness of my teeth.
best whitening product I've ever used on my teeth! so high quality easy to use non flavor, you can put it on and continue with your daily tasks just don't eat or drink anything while it's on your teeth. I've used it for a 7 days in a row and my teeth got so white and now I use it once a week or two for maintenance.
The best before date is just a short 2 months, probably why it was on 40% sale, although I had no idea at the time I ordered. Instead of wrapping the strips around the teeth as instructed, I cut the strips in half to use them because wrapping around the end of the tooth apparently increases tooth sensitivity. Lessened sensitivity + twice as much usage = win win!
They're okay—I haven’t seen a major difference yet, but I do have a helpful tip! I recommend cutting the strips horizontally. They’re quite wide, so splitting them gives you two uses per pack and helps avoid contact with your gums, which can reduce sensitivity. Also, I would suggest not doing them daily as it will result of teeth sensitivity too

I tried this teeth whitening product and was impressed with the quality and the results. My teeth looked much whiter and clean after using it, and the flavor was actually pleasant compared to other products I’ve tried. The size of the package is convenient and lasts for several uses. However, I did notice that it made my teeth and gums a little sensitive, causing some mild pain. Overall, it works well and really whitens, but people with sensitivity should be careful.
