I've flip-flopped over the years whether to take pre-formed vit A or not. At one time it did me a world of good. Then I had signs of taking too much. Then there is the ongoing concern that with low levels of vit D, vit A might be a problem. Well, now that my vit D levels are healthy, I like taking this Carlson vit A. It seems to be a reasonable amount to take daily.

this has been great for skin. higher doses make me feel dizzy but this dose is the highest I can tolerate with bad side effects.
