I started to use this formula one year ago after I watched the recommendation by a youtuber Dentist. I have a whitish patch in one of my incisor, probably is a defect. After I use this toothpaste to clean my teeth twice a day, the white patch became smaller. I am happy to see this result. I think the higher fluoride composition really helps.
I am a 59 year old man who recently developed VERY sensitive teeth. So sensitive that even breathing caused a reaction. This product works, but if your teeth are as sensitive as mine were it will take almost a month to notice the difference. Of course on the package it says to give it a month and if there's still no change, see your dentist. Thank goodness there's nothing seriously wrong with my teeth and I will continue to use this toothpaste.
it was okay it kinda hurt my teeth using this maybe because it was too strong it's probably me it just didn't feel gentle at all

I use this toothpaste for several weeks per year, while and after I use whitening stripes, since they may increase the teeth sensitivity for some time. The effect is notable right after first use. The flavor is mild and minty, nothing weird. I think I'll buy it again in the future.
