I’ve been using oregano essential oil (diluted in coconut oil) for oral health, and it’s been a game-changer! My favorite product- ever since I’ve discovered the power of oregano I couldn’t stop using it,I’m using it for stomach problems for itchy throat and infections every time I feel I’m going to be sick I put 6-8 drops in a cold water,every time I feel bloated I also use this.and in an instantt my stomachache is gone and there was one time my boss had Covid so I told her to Put 8 drops in her tea to Improve her cough and she told me that the oregano Oil helped her a lot.

This oil is quite potent / concentrated. A little drop in some water and you can taste it despite the dilution. I mostly use it in very small drops in mixtures with other oils or cream for my skin. It's packaged nicely with a dropper for ease of use. It does have a fairly strong scent but not harsh. I like it.

I got this essential oil intending to inhale it, but saw on the package that you can drink it — 3 drops, 1-3 x per day. Its natural composition is quite strong, but tastes good with apple juice or almond milk. It's supposed to benefit gut health and immunity. It doesn't havee a long lasting aftertaste like oregano gel tablets do.

I love this oil, it is super powerful, great value for money and benefits include getting you through flu and cold season without a hitch! The packaging is tiny and the pipette sturdy so it is very easy to carry around. I love using it in orange juice to give it a smoother flavour, plus the added vit c never hurts!
