Natures Answer usually has good tinctures that are either low alcohol or alcohol free. The dosage is good, although it can be adjusted and I think the ratio is strong. Codonopsis is good for energy, spleen health, lungs, and circulation, so good all around benefits. The taste is benign and easy to take.

I've been taking it for a while to decrease some of the bad bugs and increase good bacteria in the gut. I feel better so it seems to work well!

Bought this for SRB bacteria that cause gas issues. It seemed to help a little bit but I could not finish the whole bottle as it caused some issues with sleep: I felt tired but wired so I could not sleep.
