Good quality products are hard to find, but this is one of them. I always check the ingredients and these don't have anything sketchy in them - I love that they use MCT as a base instead of toxic seed oils. It's important to have a combination of two types of K because they target different tissues. The dosage of them is high enough to be effective. I don't notice a difference anymore when I take these because I started eating a lot of animal products, but if your diet is lacking in those, this product would be a great choice. UPDATE: I wanted to order another bottle of these, but the price has increased significantly which unfortunately makes the product less accessible to me.

Before I discovered this brand, I read an article from the CEO (I think). That was insightful, and I trusted it enough to buy the product. It didn't let me down, but since it's kinda costly per dose, I needed to make a change. I'm taking LE's 45mg of MK-4. I wouldn't have known that MK-4 is better than MK-7 or that such high dose supplements exist. So thank you, and I give it 4 stars.

I pay quality products with good ingredients o it. I just learned that the K2 im taking before is not complete that is why its affordable.The size and dosage is what I need. Ive search the benefits of having complete dosage as sometimes you cant get it fully from the food. so im happy with the purchase, taste wise is okay.

I got the other one by mistake and this is the superior one. It's more expensive but a review explained the differences in K2 and that that one had no bioavailable K2 so the body can't utilize it. My costly mistake. I have high hopes for this one as I've been losing molars due to impaired liver not metabolizing nutrients from foods properly. Thanks for offering this one.
