GREAT product. Capsules are easy to open, so I can mix the vitamins with food. Dr Mercola products are overpriced, but I was unable to find a similar product so I bought this.

I love Dr Mercola's vitamins and this B Complex is one of my favourites at the moment. As prescribed I take it in the evening just before I go to bed along with Dr Mercola's Magnesium L-Threonate. This winning combination ensures that I not only get a wonderful night's sleep, but it also ensures that when I wake my brain is wonderfully alert and I feel completely refreshed. It's the winning combination for me. I've recommended this combo to my family and friends and it seems to be their winning combo too.

I love Mercola products. They use the highest quality ingredients, and I trust them. I love that they all come in glass packaging. I will say that I was hesitant to try this product because I was used to taking a b complex that had a much higher potency of b vitamins. Well, I am so happy that I did try this. The form of b vitamins in the product are highly absorbable and not only do I feel the effect like I have more energy, but my anxiety and nervousness went way down. This product is the Goldilocks of B supplement complexes for me. Everyone is different but I think it is worth trying. I switched to Dr. Mercola's B complex because I used to take Garden of Life, but they were bought by Nestlé. I like the quality of these pills and the ingredients included in one pill. The taste is something else in case you just want the powder, but I take ingest the entire pill. I highly recommend this brand.
