Earth's Blend®, Biotin, 10,000 mcg, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

I find this Biotin very powerful, I keep buying it. I noticed that my hair are in good shape even if something I eat dairy, that have a bad impact on me, but with this Biotin, I can't see any worsening. When I don't use it for some weeks, I see a worsening in their condition.

Paradise Herbs is a great brand: great quality products with no binders or fillers at an affordable price. I only recently started using the Earth's Blend Biotin so I cannot comment yet on whether is working for my skin, hair and nails... but the capsules are very tiny so can be swollen really easily which is a big plus for me. I take one capsules in the morning as suggested on the box: so far I feel more energetic and I have already ordered two more bottles! My nails and hair are definitely improving the cracks in my nails are gone and the ridges are also starting to resolve. It’s a great feeling to see this improvement. I’m in my 60’s and was getting frustrated that my finger nails and toe nails were developing cracks. One of the supplements I had been taking had biotin on the label, but it wasn’t helping. My hair is improving as well. It is less dry and getting stronger. I do know if it’s getting fuller yet. I’m also using shampoo with biotin as well. Hopefully it will work. I definitely recommend this product.
