I’m 6 months postpartum and I’ve been taking these for the last 3 months. While taking these I’ve had no hair loss and idk if that’s just my luck or if it’s because of these postnatals! Either way, I love the quality and ease of these pills. They’re not too big or bulky, don’t have a strong bad taste, it’s actually quite a pleasant taste. I love the brand and that they pray over their products too. Definitely going to continue purchasing these while postpartum.

Excellent product for daily use. I've noticed a significant difference in my energy levels and overall well-being since I started taking them while breastfeeding. I love that they include DHA and methylated folate, as this benefits my baby as well, which speaks to the quality of the ingredients. I love that these multivitamins contain a good amount of iron to recover from birth and to support milk production. It also has DHA, which is so important for mama and baby! The taste is a little fishy, but I don’t mind since I don’t have to take a separate fish oil. Considering they are two supplements in one, the price is not bad either. I would recommend!

Pretty solid postnatal to take, but beware of iron if you’re not deficient. The quality and size of the pills were fine. It’s two capsules which is a lot easier to take

My wife feels good, but I wouldn't say the composition is good. Many trace elements are missing. But for its price it's quite good. I don't think I would take it for the full price. As a bonus, there is a little dha in the skald
