If you know what this does, you know why it's necessary to some of us. For me, it replaces TWO THIRDS of the expensive daily dose of 5-HTP I needed to remain depression-free. The pills are a bit large, and this med smells like old socks when you open the jar (every time you do so). It doesn't taste bad, though, and it's worth it.

I previosuly tried Methionine from Jarrow but it had rice extract in the fillers and it did not sit well with my gut.. This composition is devoid of any nasty fillers. doesn't taste of anything. packaged nicely, capsule size is fine.

Seems like a decent product. Hard to say if it’s making a big difference, but I’ve been taking it for a while without issues. Price is okay, but I might try a cheaper brand next time.
