Ok this is another brand I bought recently and it’s my first time to buy this brand i just bought this when I see it has a 20g of protein then I give it a try I bought two flavors which are the creamy peanut and a lemon. OK protein bars. Taste is OK. Not too hard to consume like other bars may be. The macros are OK, not great. I think a protein bar should have 10 calories per gram protein max, those ones have more so not ideal but I guess they're OK for the price. Not my fav.
