I’d heard good things about taking PEA for ME/CFS so thought I’d give it a try. It seems to have really helped in reducing the intensity and duration of my PEM, and I’ve had fewer crashes in general since taking this. Doesn’t have any taste and I had no issues with the packaging. I do think the quantity is quite low though, considering you’re recommended to take two a day. Perhaps good if you want to try for the first time to see if it helps you.
