I've never used specific shampoos in my life, like the guy I am, always bought 100 in 1 (a joke reference to 3 in 1 for face, body and hair), then I switched to pharmacy bought ones, but I didn't like them enough because my hair type didn't match the universal ones so I finally did my research and went with this. I have oily hair so it's very perfect for me, just be careful with washing with it too often, it is a bit harsh but that's in the essence of it, it has to be harsh to be effective.
