good texture, like a soft cookie, and it's actually nutty as described - you can see and feel a lot of nut pieces. however, the banana's in big pieces and they're chewy in a way i'm not a fan of, so it kinda ruined this for me. the banana's taste isn't strong. decent size and great quality and ingredients. the other flavors are better texture-wise.
