I pour water into a mug or glass up to the halfway mark, add a scoop of powder, stir, add more water to fill the container, stir again, and then enjoy! I honestly like the taste, as if you are eating a chocolate smoothie or something sweet and delicious but at the same time beneficial... it is easy to use, all you have to do is use one scoop of the mixture and add it to water or milk.. for me i add it to water only. highly recommended.

I have been looking for an organic collagen since many brands are not. Not only is this organic but it's totally delicious with a great vanilla flavor. Definitely a ++ to my morning coffee!

I could not get used to the chocolatey taste at first, it has an artificial sweetness to it. I grew to like it and did not find it so bad when mixed with cold water. The only noticeable benefit from taking it was that it helped with my achy knees.
