Love this prebiotic brushing rinse! I have been using this for years now and no other mouth wash compares. This mouth wash leaves my mouth feeling very clean and fresh after each use. Great all natural non-toxic mouth rinse that taste good!

Nice to use but they have better thee tree oil taste rinse , quality is ok so not bad

This really freshens breath and is gentle on gums, love the flavor.
So i use it after flossing before brushing when i spit it out you can see food particles that didn’t come out while flossing so that’s really beneficial. Also feels refreshing.
I always admired the idea of a pre-brushing rinse especially with prebiotics .. very hard to find such products.. this is fine but it’s too bitter .. and my gag reflux was not helping.
It's still a little strong for me although I've had much worse. I can't handle some of the super strong minty or alcohol based mouthwashes. It's not too bad overall and good ingredients
First time using mouth rinse before brushing teeth, so I often forget the sequence. More used to rinsing after brushing. Pleasant scent.
This is a terrific product to use before brushing. It is all natural, it foams up a little when using it and removes particles your toothbrush can't reach.
