It’s really good and have benefit if u have a dry high porosity hair cuz it moisturizes it I don’t use it to the scalp just the hair the scent isn’t really good but not bad , I don’t think u’re age matter The package quality size are perfect and really good, if I have low porosity hair don’t buy it it’s better for a high
