A great multivitamin to take either regularly or from time to time, because you get 100% to of most important vitamins and minerals, instead of the unhealthy overdoses that most multivitamins will give you! This is my only go-to brand for a multi. Other brands often use magnesium oxide (which can cause problems and doesn't absorb well) as well as B12 in the form of cyanocobalamin.
