I can say for certain the taste is amazing and the convenience factor is awesome. Will buy again, I plan to use for about 90 days in my weight loss journey. So far I say definitely worth the money.
I’ve been using it after workouts this week and my recovery feels smoother — less soreness and fatigue even after heavy sessions. Fat loss maybe I am not sure but it really is affecting or I am having a placebo effect lmao will comment again after a month rn at 12% fat
I picked this up to try and boost my energy and fat loss for my morning fasted cardio sessions. The first thing you notice is the price—it's definitely not cheap. The bottle is large and the liquid form is convenient; you just shake and drink a shot. The orange mango flavor is actually pretty good, more tart than sweet, which I prefer. I did feel a difference when taking it; about 20-30 minutes after drinking it, I'd get a slight warm, tingly feeling and felt more "switched on" and ready for my workout. My endurance seemed better, and I could push a little harder. However, it's not a magic potion. The effects are subtle, and I didn't see dramatic changes on the scale without my diet and training being on point. The biggest con is the cost for long-term use. It's effective, but you're paying a premium for the liquid form and the brand. I'd buy it again if I found a good sale, but I'm also considering cheaper powder forms to see if they work just as well.
