I have been enjoying the taste of this drink before and/or during workouts depending on the day and enjoy the benefits it gives me. I feel like I have added energy while training and recovery, and the ingredient list is clean enough for me that I don't have any shakes or issues from the bit of caffeine. I find this to be of consistent quality. Just note if any liquid at all gets inside it clumps together so be mindful when adding your scoops.
I take it as a daily drink in between the meals for hydration as I don't really feel energized by having it . In general it has a good taste and free from calories .

I wish this was both more affordable and came in a larger tub, because I really love this product. Taste and quality are fantastic, it's nice knowing i'm using a pre-workout that is pretty clean and also vegan. I also like that it doesn't contain any ingredients that will make you tingly Don't know reaaalllyyy how effective it is as a pre-workout energy boost, but I think it helps with my endurance during a run. The acai flavour is my absolute favourite!

The by far the best flavor and I drink it daily before working out. Really wakes me up a little, but it's mild. I can't tolerate nor like coffee so it works well for me.
