I used to take Matcha mixed into my green powder mix daily but never tried it hot until recently when I tried it straight, with a generous squeeze of lime and in a latte. This is when I realised the huge taste difference between culinary matcha and ceremonial and now am a total matcha snob! I love the Tao of tea and did like their liquid jade matcha, until I tried California Gold Ceremonial which is nicer than the liquid jade and while this grade A is nicer than the liquid green, I still prefer the taste of ceremonial. So now I am having fun sampling the different brands of ceremonial on iherb - fun!

I tried this today and I was impressed. It exceed my expectation. From vivid green color, the baby powder like texture, grassy smell and taste but not too bitter, sourced from Japan- all is checked.
