Soft gels are large but easy to swallow with enough liquid. This bottle the gels were more translucent than previous bottles. Not sure if they changed the casing to a more translucent or not. Never seen this before.

quality ingredients for anti aging package is good I use it as part of my regiment for hair and inflammation there's no taste I take it with saw palmetto and Biotin and pumpkin seed oil and magnesium complex all at thevsane time. I find that its best to take the right dose of everything rather than using a hair multi which never ready has the right dose.

I started taking black seed oil because it has a decent amount of studies showing it's benefits. However taking it as an oil was like torture and I was afraid of developing a hate for it so I ended up replacing it with capsules. It's so much better since I can't taste it.

It's my 1st time to try this but its quality is great. It's adding strength to my immunity & it gives me energy, as well. The size of the softgel is quite big but manageable. It has a bit of off-taste (like cumin spice taste) upon burping. Still, I'll be buying this again.
