great quality clean ingredients and size is quite good I felt the benefits definitely recommend it

i use it when i feel a headache coming in from dehydration. it tastes and smells pretty good and the tabs are quite big. packaging is quite hard to close and open and i did give up on using it once cuz i really couldn’t open it and was too lazy to try.

My kids love this flavor because it tastes good. I like this brand because of the quality ingredients. We try to stay away from artificial sweeteners because they me and my son migraines. However, on hot days when we are outside for long periods of time, it is useful to have an electrolyte tablet that will help with hydration.

Berry flavor is fun and pleasant, not too sweet, a nice alternative to sugary sodas. Electrolytes help restore hydration and support muscle function, especially after workouts or hot weather, so they’re great to have on hand. I love that each tablet has a little marking to split it in half. I often drink just half a tablet at a time; it lasts longer and I know I’m not getting too many electrolytes at once.

Very conveniect package, I took it for my trip to europe. Very tasty, if you love berry flavoured things, you will love it. It gives the water a bit fizziness which I also love.

The taste is great and it’s super convenient to carry around for easy and quick hydration. The packaging is easy to store and it’s great for the days I spend on the tennis courts.

not my favorite flavor but excellent for hydration I live in a very hot and humid climate and I'm not always the best about drinking enough water, but this always helps me feel better when I'm overheated

Its a good quality supplement if you're looking for something cheap and simple and a good amount of electrolytes. I get these as a replacement for LMNT electrolytes as they are way overpriced, but the only thing holding me back from using them consistently is the taste and time to dissolve. The size of the tablets are decently big and take a while to dissolve, and don't taste especially like anything in particular.
