This is a pretty decent supplement for the price, only negative is that that the capsules are quite big. I’ve purchased other brands in the past and evening primrose oil capsules are usually smaller. Probably won’t re-purchase this particular one purely because of the size of the capsules. Having said that there’s no after taste and if you have no issues with swallowing tablets, then it’s probably perfect for you.

Evening primrose oil (EPO) is renowned for its high quality and potent ingredients, notably gamma- linolenic acid, an omega 6 which is not presented in fish, linolenic acid and Oleic Acid as my essential needs as of the moment as I am at my premenopausal stage.
