I love the St. Dalfour brand and so I was thrilled when they came out with this large size jar of strawberry rhubarb! The rhubarb slight tartness offsets the sweetness of the strawberry for an utterly delicious taste! Not overly sweet and I love that you get small (but smooth!) pieces if fruit throughout. Simple ingredients and high quality, this is my new go to flavor of jam!

I love the combination of Rhubarb with Strawberries! This is the first time I've encountered rhubarb (a family favorite) mixed with anything. A big plus is that "sugar" from fruits sweetens the spread, not cane sugar. The St. Dalfour spreads/"jams" are the first commercially available that aren't disappointing. These measure up to those my country family made in the past.

This works for most diets, except those doing keto. It has an amazing taste and is sweetened from fruits and not from cane or even coconut sugar. It is a small size and comes packaged in a glass jar. I use it often when making cakes to avoid adding any sugar to the actual cake, as a few tablespoons are enough to top a smaller cake. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves fruit and wants a fruit spread without any sugars besides those naturally found in fruits.

I guess I was expecting more of a kick to the rhubarb? I don't get the usual rhubarb tang which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. But as with all St Dalfour products I've tried, it is delicious and goes really well with pancakes.

Strawberry rhubarb is my absolute favorite, which is not completely true because I love so many of these flavors. Will not buy any fruit spreads except from I Herbal

Most of all I appreciate the clean ingredients. I wish there was more of a rhubarb flavor. It was more strawberry forward. However it hits the spot in a PB&J sandwich.

1st time trying this one - tastes a little different- but if you like Rhubarb like I do, then it's amazing. Loved every bit of it and will def be buying it again
