If you have a MTHFR gene like me and half of the population you should be taking B vitamins or eating organ meats or both. I take this some days because I take organ supplements aswell.

Searched online for a good Vitamin B Complex and found this. Formulation is good, does not have excessive dosage for each B vitamin and contains the better version of folic acid which is less toxic. Have noticed more sustainable energy after taking it. Will keep repurchasing.
