Sodium ascorbate is fit with acidic or with acid reflux like me and my family we are taking this cause it will not harm your stomach or intestine and will not give you sour taste because the acid is going up in your throught when you take ascorbate acid thats why if you have acid reflux take ascorbate and if you dont have acid reflux take ascorbic acid please thumbs up if you like my comment thank you😇

I always take a vitamin c supplement when cold and flu symptoms appear. It helps the immune system and my stomach doesn't even hurt when I increase the dosage in the first days. The size is small and I swallow them without problems. I really appreciate that this brand does not use additives and this means that the ingredients used are of very good quality.
