I bought these for my thirteen year old daughter. She always seems to be tired, and so I thought to add this in with her daily routine. The capsules are easy for her to take, and no aftertaste. I love that these are from Whole Foods, specifically for teens, and affordable. I have read really good reviews about them, so I am hopeful that they will help her too. I’ve tried a few different kids’ vitamins, and this one stands out for both taste and quality. No complaints from my kids at all — they even remind me to give them their vitamins! Great value and great results
We've tried other multivitamins and sometimes they can be hit or mix because of the texture or taste. These are in veggie-friendly capsules, so have no taste. If your teen is able to swallow capsules then I recommend them - they aren't too big. I appreciate that the amounts of each vitamin/mineral aren't off the charts high levels as I'm always concerned about issues from taking too much at once.
