I take this for headaches to stomach aches as well! works fast! I do take 2 capsules. natural pain relief I stopped taking Tylenol. worked on my migraines and sinus headaches too! High in quality! Only Ingredient is Chamomile. I give one to my 11 year old I think its better at his age than Tylenol.
