This is a basic rehearsal tutu with only 3-4 layers of tulle. It's good for students and recreational use. It is slightly see through. The tulle is on the stiffer side and requires steaming because it arrives very wrinkled. You get what you paid for, but coming from Capezio the quality of the tulle should be better.
My dance teacher loved this skirt so much we spent the whole class dancing to Spanish music and working on our emotions. Fabulous fun. I bought the bright pink color and I wear a XL leotard. This skirt fit me.
The tutu makes me feel like a real ballerina, it’s like wearing a soft pink flower. With my tutu on, I even love doing my exercises.
The one size fits all truly doesn't fit all. This tutu is uncomfortably tight on my average sized daughter. I purchased the adult tutu for this very reason and ask but a few of the dancers in her company are complaining about the tightness in the waist. \\\ \\\ The color is beautiful and length just right so they're all going to suffer thru and wear them nonetheless.
Nice quality but a it has a little more poof than what I wanted. Overall very nice.
