From what I read I thought when selecting the store pickup I would be able to get it that day, but it appears it is still in transit to the store. If I had known they still had to send it out I would have had them send it directly to my house. Geez this makes me angry. I didn't want to wait a week to get my item. That is why I looked for in store pick up. They need to stop say store pick up for mailing packages.

Extremely disappointed! This is definitely not the color it shows when you are ordering! Really hate to return it and loose the Black Friday discount but, this is not what I thought I was getting.
Sadly this purchase did not work out for me. First it came smushed in the box so the bag was a deformed. Additionally there were multiple small spots on 3/4 of the bag, almost like something was sprayed on it. Customer service was great but the bag was no longer available in stock so a refund was issued.
This bag is exactly as discribed and pictured, I order the turquoise, the color is turquoise... It is a leather shell with a good quality removeable ticking like cloth zippered divider, with a zipper pocket inside. I will agree it was a bit smaller than I expected, but it is the dimensions that it is listed as. I don't understand the negative reviews, if you looked at the pictures and READ THE DISCRIPTION, it is what it is, what did you expect...

This is a small bag but big enough bottled water, wallet, key and a little extra room. I usually go for a little larger. I ordered the sky blue but it is nothing like the picture. its more of a dark turquoise blue more than green. I added a picture to this review but it still does not show the actual coIor. I like that the long strap is detachable. The inside is unlined (raw leather) which i actually like and the detachable inside bag made of material is nice.
Gorgeous leather and color- definitely an investment piece worth it. I can organize and fit all my basics plus 2 beverages. Never lose my phone in there either. Interior lining organizes and zips.
