This item looks so much better in person. I bought the Burgandy, stunning color. All natural processes including vegetable dyes for the colors. Its quite roomy inside and the closure resembles a doctors bag. Very unique piece.
The backpack is exceptionally well designed and the leather is very durable I will definitely purchase another product!

Bought this bag for my wife. Rivet broke off a few months later that holds the straps in place-integrel for use. I have exchanged emails with customer service about this, and their solution is to send me the rivet, as if I will somehow be fixing it myself. While they seem helpful, there is little to no resolution. At one point two weeks passed with silence from their customer service. Its been over twenty days and there is still no clarity on what the end result will be. Also, when you call their customer service, the carrier says it is unavailable. Seems suspicious to me. Feel like I got taken for a chump.
I saw this bag in the store and it’s gorgeous. The eco leather has a very natural with patina like finish. I think it will hold several items but not a ton of stuff bc I’d consider this a small maybe medium size bag. I like the antique brass hardware style which coordinates with its antique look. It’s multiway which is a plus as well. I haven’t purchased it yet bc I’m hoping it will go on sale. I’m hesitating about the price only bc it’s a tad heavy and I prefer handbags less than 2 pounds.
This bag is super cute, and I love the color and workmanship. However, it is too small as it does not even hold my wallet, but only keys and cell phone. Perhaps for a petite woman or perhaps a teenager.
Super disappointed with this bag. I bought this and another backpack from old trend and both leave a lot to be desired. The leather is real but really cheap looking. It's painfully shiny and the feel is cheap too. The hardware barely feels like metal, I wouldn't be surprised if it's not metal at all. The patina is super cheap looking. It's super light and feels like it's easily bent. Straps are flimsy and feel like an after thought. It's mildly distressed and feels like it was half way done. I've bought other bags in this price range and flat out the quality isn't there, nor does it warrant the price tag. You can get name brand genuine leather bags for the same price and way better build quality. I'm super disappointed with my purchase bc it is a splurge and I was expecting the materials to back up the price tag. If you don't care about quality items, this is up your alley. It's a super cute bag and I love the vibe aesthetic of the brand over all but this will be my last purchase
I purchased the backpack in teal as a birthday present for myself. I love the size and the color. It also looks beautiful if I carry it as a purse. I'm looking forward to carrying it for the season.
I ordered the burgundy color and got turquoise! 3 times! Had customer service reissue the brown ombre and it was defective! not very happy
