I bought this pan at Thanksgiving thinking it would be great for preparing a turkey dinner. But because of the handles, it doesn't fit into my standard size jenn-air oven. It takes up a lot of precious storage space, so I'm thinking of giving it away. Too bad it doesn't seem possible to remove the handles.
My pan only gets used once a year for a turkey. I think I have used mine maybe 3 or 4 times. After this recent use (Thanksgiving) I noticed the pan peeling. I only hope that none of that material was in my gravy.
My thanksgiving ham turned out fantastic! The best ever. Is there a recipe booklet for things to cook in this? I like it so much I don’t want to put it away!!
Had this roaster for a few years now, the coating is coming off.
Superior quality, ease of cleaning…equal to all Circulon cooking products I own. Wish I had known about them sooner.
Will be very happy if later down the road the non stick surface does not come off right now it seems like a great buy.
Very nice roaster pan do you do a big turkey a full roast like a prime rib roast full rack anything and it cleans up real easy I like it
Poor durability
This is a great pan for the fancy holiday coffee cake. The nonstick allows it to come out of the pan without breaking apart.
Not sure why but with this roaster the bottom of my turkey does not cook. Yesterday with nothing under the turkey except the rack it was the bottom still did not cook 16lbs with very light stuffing. I had to turn the turkey over to let it cook. Why does it do this?
