I have been pleased with other boxes from this company, but this box was horrible everything but one brand was substituted and I’ve received 15 items instead of the promised 23! Since it’s food and can’t be returned I’m stuck with it. What a waste considering what I paid.
I gave them as snacks and it was devoured within the day.
Received this 23 item snack bar box and only received 20 out of the 23 items in it. I choose this this box based on the items in the picture. Not realizing that if they didn’t have it nothing or something else would be substituted
Purchased a 23-piece box. Received a 21-piece box, and of the 21 pieces received, eight pieces were substitutions...not listed as contents on the original order sheet.
Sub Par substitutes that were never indicated as a possibility nor asked if it would be an option for me during anytime of the purchase . I bought this specific for a household with different health requirements for the products shown .I did not receive the Kashi bars nor the This Bar saves lives. The substitute was Kellogs Nutrigrain bars and Wellsley Chewy .Chocolate Chip bars at .88 oz The ingredient list for these products is vastly different than the Kashi bars and full of additives .
