heats very evenly, food does not stick, better than teflon

Hello! I would have given the pans a five star review but just noticed a scratch in the pan. I’ve had these sorts of pans forever and have never had this happen. I do not use metal with these pans and no abrasive cleaning products, so I am shocked that it could scratch so easily. Disappointed!

It's beautiful, and when it is new, it is 100% non-stick. However, it loses its non-stick power really soon.

Nice looking pan, but not nonstick. Tried everything. Low heat, plenty of oil, silicone utensils, hand wash only. Nothing worked. When frying in the pan, the only way for it to non stick is to float your item in a pool of oil. Eggs, cream sauces, meats, potatoes…doesn’t matter. I bought non stick so I could minimize unneeded oils and fats, but this pan is really just a shallow deep fryer. My other mistake? Not starting as return within 30 days of buying. Macys has an odd return option if after 30 days. That’s to send it in, and they will either accept it or reject the return and send it back. Oh how I love buying from Costco. Haha! And at the end of this review, they ask if I would recommend the product. Nope!

I picked up the 10” frying pan first, and had to get the 1qt and 3 wt pots. The finish is amazingly non-stick, easy to clean and the handles are comfortable.

Can tell this is going to last a long time by the weight of the handle. It's solid. Yes, it is heavy. But that means more in control of the pan especially it is an 8 inch pan. The non-stick is slippery. Cooking with it is enjoyable just like their cutlery. Pay it once and forget about it. No more trialing and error with pans from Home Goods.

Heats evenly and quickly. Nonstick coating is fantastic. Great price.

I bought these to replace same sized Greenpan items that have lost their non-stick capabilities after about 6 months, and became obscenely discolored on the exterior of the pan. Vinegar/baking soda, bar keepers friend, steam wand - NOTHING would get them clean. Used both of these pans a handful of times and impressed with the nonstick. Stainless exterior hasn't been an issue so far yet either.

I bought this for my girlfriend who doesn't like my stainless steel pans. Perfect size and easy to cook with. Clean up is super easy. Now I don't have to cook all the time!
