Previously I purchased this belt in a size 34 and it considerably too big. So I assumed the size 32 would work but I can barely get it around my waist. Seems odd that there is such a size disparity between 32 and 34.
John and Murphy has always been good quality products, this burgundy color is amazing. It did not disappoint.
Very nice, all leather belt with brass buckle. Most belts today are made of plastics and synthetics. They all begin cracking and wearing out sooner or later. Usually sooner. I looked everywhere for quality all leather belts. Johnston & Murphy is one of the only companies that still makes them in leather. I already own a black and a brown dress belt from J&M. They are well constructed and will be around for years. Thats years, plural.
Been worn for less than a month and the leather has already cracked AND pealed at one of the holes for the buckle. It’s entirely noticeable (not just slightly). VERY DISAPPOINTING.
This belt is a bit stiff, but it's a good value for the money.
