[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very attractive picnic blanket and I have enjoyed using it in several occasions, it not only looks like a winter throw, but feels like one as well (personally, I like that but can see why others may not). the fabric is a fleece so I would not recommend using in on a hot day. I also found that this fabric is not very forgiving and attracts more dirt than I would like.

The trouble I always have with putting a blanket down is that by the end of the event the condensation has soaked the bottom of the blanket and I am cold! This solves 2 problems for me. It’s lined on the bottom and water resistant with a kind of nylon material while the blanket is a really pretty flannel. I love that it folds up into a crossbody sling. When I go to these events my hands are usually full! This lets me put the blanket on my shoulder rather than have it take up room in a bag. Can’t wait to spend my summer on the grass with the blanket!

The waterproof underside helped keep all our bottoms dry while sitting in the grass, and the blanket kept down while we were eating. The fabric was a bit hot for a summer day, but we still enjoyed in nonetheless. My kids even decided it was a mattress and napped on it outside after finishing the picnic. It took me a few times to be able to roll it back up properly but all in all this was a great product and we loved it! I started bringing it to the park for my baby when my kids are playing soccer so he can crawl around and he loves to sit and play on it! I wish it was washable!

It was so easy to bring along and honestly I almost forgot I was carrying it with me (accidentally brought it to the bathroom!). It was enough room for two adults to sit on while still be nice and compact after folding it up. Really all I needed it to be!

The only down side is that grass gets stuck to it and it's difficult to keep it clean. I like that it folds up easily in size of a hand bag. I do keep it in my car for outdoor time with friend and family.
