Just received this and tried it on. Good feel with just enough support. Ordered for road trip, husband has a sore neck. I'll be driving and so jealous I won't be using it for a nap this trip. Very nice product!
Comfortable on either side and the clip to make it secure was a most for me.
It wasn't a great fit, but it works.
I have the neck pillow for three years now and I’m definitely not hardly with it. It does not give you a cool sensation and it’s uncomfortable and bulky. The snaps broke off and it doesn’t close anymore. Water of money. I would not recommend it.

I’ve had this pillow for a couple weeks now and it still smells so bad. I just recently removed the cover in hopes that it would air out better but it hasn’t. I can’t keep it in the house so it’s been in the garage since I got it. The smell is inside the pillow but if I wash the cover, I can’t return it. I threw the receipt away because the mailer and the receipt smelled too! This seems like a lost cause for me but I so wanted a cooling neck pillow. As it is, I can’t be near it, so it’s never gonna be on my neck.
POORLY MADE. THE INSIDE SEAM AROUND THE NECK CAME APART AND JUST KEEPS OPENING UP. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY NECK PILLOWS, AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN.
Five days before my departure to a 10 hour-flight, I couldn't find my old neck pillow. I ordered from three diff places, including Macy's and they didn't fail me. got the pillow right the day before. Thank you Macys'. Pillow is firm and stays put around your neck. With the time change, back and forth, I fell asleep on my way back and not hurting my neck from popping allover the place. love it!
