This is unacceptable, especially considering it is not a cheap item, and the seller is a big shopping mall. I received the product on November 18th. Today is the second time I've used it, and it is already empty; I cannot pump out any more serum.

I LOVE TOM FORD!!!!!! Don’t get me wrong, it’s expensive. But the issue is, I love this. It works. Why spend money on things that are cheaper but doesn’t work? This actually works and you actually spend your hard earned money on something that works well.
I really like this. It’s nourishing and brightens up ur face. It’s a little bit pricey but the product will last you a long time. This is my favorite serum to use.
