Nine West Women's Speakup Slip-On Ballet Flats

Unfortunately these shoes did not fit very well. The size was a 7 1/2 wide but were very tight in the toe area. Would not be able to wear these more than a few minutes. Will be returning them.

I wanted to have one more black flat shoe and this one just hit the jackpot!

I bought the leopard ones, and I really thought the shoes would have been calf hair. They turned out to be cloth material. Very disappointed.

I ordered the DS slip on sneakers and received lace up... Not what I ordered. Also, the Nine West flats feel and look very cheep. I will be returning both pair of shoes.

Comfortable, versatile, can dress up or down.

I ordered the black flats. They are cute, stylish and fit perfectly! Would definitely buy again.

Nice looking, comfortable shoe

Highly upset. I received an email stating that my package was delivered and was not. I Called customer service in regards to my missing package. A replacement order was issued. Both replacement order along with order that stated was delivered but was not, arrived at the same time. I returned one of the orders to the store and was refunded in the form of a voucher, which came in the mail and can't be used on line. Supposedly the return was over 37 days which is why I was given a voucher. Why was a gift card not given or a credit back to my Macy's credit card. Furthermore, 37 days had not passed to receive a full refund and based on the Christmas extension through January 31st a full refund should have been issued.
